One of the important topics you learn at A1 level is "Health"

It usually includes some body parts, verbs like ЧУВСТВОВАТЬ (СЕБЯ) and some useful phrases that you say at the doctor's.

One of the best ways to make sure that you know some topic well is to create something using the words and phrases you've just learned. The greatest and the most interesting thing to create is a short film that let you practice specific vocabulary and grammar structures. It's useful also because when you are emotionally involved in some activity and have to express yourself in Russian, the words that you use in this kind of situations are very hard to forget, they will stuck in your head forever.
